Recently, a nation in South America, Samoa, is officially defining herself as a Christian state by amending its Constitution. Samoa is about 98% Christian in terms of its population, and the government (including the Parliament and Prime Minister) found that their Constitution was flawed as it did not properly state the Christian dominance of the nation. This is now in the process of being corrected. Samoa will be moving from a secular to Christian state in this process, and will be the first country in South America to do so — usually, almost all South American states only mention God in the preamble to the Constitution, but Samoa is now going one step further. Good news no doubt in a world of sin and corruption.
